Maxwell Frost, a 25-Year-Old Gun Control Activist, Heads to Congress
An outspoken gun control activist, Maxwell Frost has been invited by the House Judiciary Committee to testify on the failure of the U.S. Congress to act on proposed federal gun control, according to National Review. This testimony would be the same type of testimony that National Review has used to attack conservatives and conservatives who have dared to speak on gun control issues.
National Review, in a May 17 article, published a photo of Frost, who was arrested in Florida for carrying a concealed weapon as he marched with the NRA in the March for our Rights.
National Review, in another article, published an article on the arrest for carrying a concealed weapon. In that article, National Review claimed that Frost has an “open permit” permitting him to carry a concealed firearm. This is false.
National Review, in its articles, is using the weapon that Maxwell Frost was carrying as a cover for their deception, and using Maxwell Frost’s arrest for having a concealed gun as ammunition for their lies.
National Review published a photo of Frost at the March of Our Re-Lives in Washington, D.C. in front of a crowd of about 3,500, where he is wearing an NRA shirt and carrying a weapon that is clearly visible.
The National Review article is false on several points. First, the N.R. article is making use of the concealed weapons permit that Frost was carrying at the time of his arrest.
Second, the N.R. article is making use of the arrest for carrying a concealed weapon that was made in Florida.
Third, the N.R. article falsely reports that Frost has an open concealed weapon permit, when in fact, his concealed weapon permit was not in effect at the time of his arrest.
The National Review article is using the same tactics that they have used for decades.
